Through livecyclingmanager.com and the Live Cycling Manager (LCM26) application, we may collect: browsing and connection data, registration and user account data (name, email, credentials), information on game usage and, on mobile devices, geolocation data when authorised by the user.

3. Purposes of Processing

  • To enable access to and operation of the website and the game.
  • To manage registration, the user account and progress within the game.
  • To handle inquiries and support requests.
  • To manage subscriptions to informational or promotional communications, when requested by the user.

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based on the user’s consent (browsing, registration, commercial communications) and, where applicable, on the performance of the contractual relationship arising from the use of the game and its associated services.

5. Data Retention

Data will be retained for as long as the user account remains active or the relationship with Xagu Studios S.L. continues, and subsequently for the periods legally required to address any potential liabilities.

Data may be processed by technology providers that provide services to Xagu Studios S.L.
